Updated: Aug 28, 2020

If you find yourself wandering from one task to another without being fully invested, trust us, you are not alone. The world has gone crazy with one problem after the other. One day there’s a pandemic, the other there are protests, the next day riots, and lately, all of those events happen at the same time.

With all the political, health, and social problems that the planet is currently facing, we understand if you may feel oversaturated with news, events, relationships, and your job. Staying focused has become a task on its own, but reaching that state of mind where you manage to be present, aware of what you are doing and where you are does not have to be another endless chore. We can achieve this state and we call it mindfulness.

Is it easy to reach a healthy mindfulness state? Of course, it is! Can LivNRite help with the process? Gladly, we can.

What do fear and anxiety feel like?

  1. Meditate. Meditation is exploring your mind and body, connect them with the world that surrounds us. Breathe in and breathe out while focusing on the sounds that will help you release the mind and body.

  2. Practicing yoga can help you find a moment where you allow your body to release all its stress. This exercise will help you concentrate on what you are doing and where you are. You will focus solely on yourself.

  3. What if we mix mindfulness and yoga? We get mindful yoga a practice where we connect body and mind. We cultivate the body that holds the mind, and we become aware of the mind that controls the body as a holistic being.

  4. Take breaks and avoid burnout. Work hard but remind yourself to take a break here and there.

  5. Walk away from distractions, although we don’t mean it literally, you have to be mindful of what distracts you. Your phone? Social media? Your music playlist? Just put those away for a while.

  6. Rest even though many of us can’t go out right now, we can still have one day off to simply let the body recharge.

  7. Take your time to have a good night’s sleep if not, you will not be able to stay focused and you will be wondering every time you nod off if you could take a nap.

  8. Try CBDWe offer little capsules that regulate pain, memory, stress-response, and sleep. Just that extra help to get you through these extenuating times.
